SearchForDuplicateAttributeData - startIndex cannot be larger than length of string error

description

I received a critical error message when running the 39341 version of SearchForDuplicateAttributeData.exe using the following command:
SearchForDuplicateAttributeData.exe /AttributeName:"dnsHostName"
 
This is repeatable from different clients in the same forest. It is also repeatable using other attributes (e.g. servicePrincipalName).
 
This has experienced a critical error. Please submit the below information to:
http://www.codeplex.com/ActiveDirectoryUtils.

Fixed in 1.0.0338.29743 build released Feb 20, 2009. Just forgot to close the issue until now.
